Why am i craving ice?
can sumone please tell me why im craving ice. ive never had this craving before. has anyone else had this. and does anyone know why im craving ice.

Believe it or not, it's a sign of anemia... I did it during my pregnancy, and the midwife and two doctors told me that's a classic sign of anemia, crunching ice all day and wanting more!
Get a bloodtest, start taking iron supplements.
