How far should i sit away from computer screen?!

How far should i sit away from computer screen?
im nearsighted (150>x<200 degrees). right now i sit over 2 ft away from screen. i dont wear glasses when i look at screen
Answers:
Your monitor should be about an arm's length away from you. Sitting too close AND too far can cause eyestrain. (That's right, your eyes can be negatively effected if you sit too close to the screen AS WELL AS too far.)
P.S. You should sit slightly further back than the reccomended arms length if your monitor is like 20 Inches or larger.
