On my tonsils ther is a hole on each side. One is just a hole and the other is too but it is bulging out?

What is it?

the hole has been there for about a year but the other one appeared about 1 month ago

Dear one, it sounds like an infected tonsil, go to the doctor immediately because there is danger in delay if it is.
I recently watched as a doctor drained an infected tonsil.
Remember pharyngitis and meningitis and tonsillitis and you don't want the infection (if it is one) to travel to your brain and kill you.
Go to the doctor.
Better to be safe than sorry or worse.....dead.
