My head always hurts in the same spot every few days. what can it be?
i know i should get more sleep at night sometimes i get to 5 to 6 hours asleep a day. but am not tired if my head starts hurting sometimes. thats the only thing that i should change and can only think that would make my head hurt . my head hurts always in the same spot left side over my eye. its almost always my left side sometimes the pain grows it seems my heads been hurting more and more. i tried taking pills but they don't seem to work what could it be? is it just i don't sleep much or is it more then that...

could be low blood sugar headaches, i have low blood sugar. try carrying around something with a bit of sugar in it...
