Excedrine Migraine or genetic equivalent only thing that works for me.
Go to physician---if they are sever enough--you may need Prescription/!!!!!

Any headache med that has lots of caffeine--will help---crazy but true. Caffeine does help MOST people with migraines---others can be triggered by foods with caffeine like chocolate----So be careful and take meds only as directed!!!!!
