Does coffee ever give you a headache?
sometimes when i drink coffee after i get a headache.. it's sad cuz i love coffee but cant stand the pain it gives to my head.. why?
Answers:
coffe changes the blood supply to the brain and has chemicals that make it toxic to the body, either of these could cause the headaches and this is a common occurance.
try drinking decaf and see if that helps
if you are sensitve to the coffee you'll need to lay off entirely, if you are sensitive to just the caffeine swithcing to decaf may help (but decalf still has some caffeine in it)
