this is a serious question. ive been pooping more than i usually do today. =( please dont report me..
Answers:
Eat more ruffage and/or drink more water today? That might do it if you ate more than usual or have or the last couple days.
Ideally you should have a bowel movement after each meal. Therefore, how often you poop is a good measure of how nutrioushly you are eating. Enough greens= enough poop.
