Healthy Weight?
I'm on average 109 or 110 pounds. I'm 5 foot and in my late teens. Is this a good weight range for me? Should I be lighter? Even though my friends say I'm not fat, I still think it.

You're perfectly healthy. If you check your BMI, you range at 21,5, and the Normal range weight is from 18.5 to 24.5. You couldn't be more int he middle!!
For your height, you would have to weigh 128 lbs, so another 18 pounds to be considered overweight... It's normal that you're self conscious at your age, but it'll pass and you'll eventually feel realyl great about your body!! If you look fat (belly, thighs, etc) do some weight lifting to help tone those muscles, it'll turn the fat into muscles. Good luck!
