I always get sick before a big audition, and this is the biggest one *ever*. What can I do to fight this off?

American Idol Auditions are coming nearby in a month or so, and it's been my dream for the last six years to audition for it, but whenever I know about an audition, my nerves get me literally sick with a cold. (I'm fine, I'm rarely nervous until right before, but they're unconscious I guess)

This could be a huge opportunity for me, and I really don't want to screw it up. What can I do???
