10 points!!! What's The Regular Amount Of Push Ups,Sit-Ups,Crunches, And Jump-Rope Per Day For A 13-Year Old??

I'm a 13-year old boy, and I've been doing sit-ups, crunches, and push-up, and jump-rope to be healthier and make my stomach look slimmer. What is the right amount of sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, and jump-ropes I should do? I don't want to do too much and hurt myself. Please be more descriptive, and give me sources. I will give 10 points to anyone who is more discriptive, and who helps the most. Thanks.

situps per day 50
pushups perday 50
crunches perday 100
jumprope perday 25 min.

since its summer by the time u start school u should have a flat stomach.
