Anyone ever get really sick in the heat and now can't stand summer?
I got sick in Mexico about 5 years ago from the heat. Now, its almost like I can't stand even being in the heat.......like its forever affected me. Anyone else have this problem, and if so what do you do to help it? Yes, I know stay inside......but?

The reasoning behind this is that your body and immune system remember and store this away for the future as a preventative measure. This isn't good news for you unfortunately. They have done all sorts of studies on this to see why people can have effects from placebo things for example if you took purple tablets which made you sick it is highly possibly that any purple sweets that look anything like the tablets will cause you to be sick...the body and the mind work in very myseterious ways.
I don't have the answer to this for you I can only suggest that you take it easy in the sun and start off slowly exposing yourself to it little by little until you have reporgrammed your brain.
