Is this a lump of fat?
I'm not sure what this is but if I push with some pressure between my thigh were the underwear line is i can feel what feels like fat. sometimes i can feel it and sometimes i can't. i tend to freak out a lot in I think something is wrong with me. Like i said the are isn't discolored and the thing is the size of a pea or even a little smaller. I'm terrified. I don't know what to do. It feels like fat. It's not hard is kinda squishy and most of the time i can't feel it. it doesn't hurt at all either. Someone help. I'm really scared.

It souns like it is some kind of lump but it is very small from what you have described. It can be from something that is very simple to something that can be life threatning as it can indicate cell growth. Go see a Doctor if it is bothering you a lot. That is the only way to find out.
