Yes everyone's hands sweat sometimes, but if your hands sweat excessively, you may have Hyperhidrosis. If you want more information on it, you can google it or try WebMD.com. Don't worry if you have Hyperhidrosis though, there are many treatment options. I reccommend you try Certain Dri, it is an antiperspirant that can be found in any drug store for 6 dollars and it should help a lot if you have a problem with sweating. You can apply it on your hands.
