What kind of physical do I need?

I am taking a phlebotomy class in less than two weeks and before I start I need to start my series of Hep B shots, a current TB test, and a physical. Exactly what kind of physical do I need before I start my classes?

Depends. Your school should have a form for doctors to sign off.

Usually a school physical constitutes history taking, examination of your heart/lung/abdomen/head, etc. It often also entails checking urine and blood sugar. Rest of depending on the school.

Get that form and take it to your doctor. He will know what to do.
