Well, let's see.... I was 15 in 1991 when it became a big issue on the presidential campaign of 1992 and we were told there would be a resolution soon. It's 2007 and I
am 31 now and we are NOWHERE near a resolution. In fact, we seem to be in the same stand still position we were in 1991, so I wouldn't hold my breath.
