When is the best time to eat multivitamins for greatest amount of body absorption?

Is it early in the morning or before going to bed?


Answers:

If you take calcium, you want to take Vitamin D with it so you will absorb it into your system properly. My doctor recommended OsCal with D

You can overdose on A and D so you want to be very careful how much of that you take.

If you take iron (I take SlowFe), don't drink milk or eat any dairy because it will block absorption.

If a vitamin isn't water soluble, don't take it. It is full of junk which means your body won't absorb it properly if at all. I stay away from multivitamins completely.

I used to buy various vitamins OTC but after doing some research, found out most are worthless but found out that Shaklee vitamins are all natural so I started taking those. You might want to check into that ~ at least you won't be taking synthetics that are in other vitamins.

Take flaxseed oil capsules every day ~ very good for the body and brain.

Garlic capsules are good for building up your immune system.
