4 HRS A DAY.....IAM INTO MARTIAL ARTS.
THE MORE YOU STRESS YOURSELF THE MORE PAIN
YOU WILL HAVE.
BEFORE ANY EXERCISING STRETCHING SHOULD BE
DONE 20-30 MIN WORTH. TO GET YOUR MUSCLES
WARMED UP.
THEN.
TRY USING ICY HOT DURING WARMUPS TO EXERCISE.
ALSO SOAK YOUR LEGS AND BODY IN A TUB OF HOT
WATER WITH EPSOM SALT AND ALCOHOL.
THIS WILL HELP YOU.
