When im lying on my back on my bed i get chest pains, under my left breast?!

When im lying on my back on my bed i get chest pains, under my left breast?
should i go to the doctor or tell someone? its when im on the laptop with it resting against my propped up knees? what should i do?
Answers:
It may be the position you're in, laying down with your hands on the keyboard, shoulder forward, causing muscle spasms in your chest. Or, it could be something more serious. Since it is your chest, though, you may consider seeing your physician.
