Temperature?
Although I'm a fairly 'warm-blooded' person, my hands are warm and I always go red in the face when I have a drink or during the summer heat, but...my temperature is only 36.2 C.
especially first thing in the morning. I wonder why?

it will always be lower first thing in the mornings. I suggest you go to your doctor and have your thyroid checked as I had the same symptoms as you when I had a thyroid problem.
