Help, i had a bad cough and now i have white spots on the back of my throat. (no crazy answers please)?

Is there something over the counter i can buy to get rid of the white spots? I would go to the Doc but im a single parents with 3 small kids.

Sounds like you have strep throat.
You need antibotics. Your kids can catch it
if that's what it is.
