Burning sensation?!

Burning sensation?

Hi,

Ive been having this terrible burning sensation coming from my stomach straight up into my throat which then fills my mouth up with water like im about to be sick, Also i have this white colouring all on my tongue, Does anyone know what this could be ?

Acid reflux? heartburn, really bad? see a doctor!!!!!!
