Tonsils and sore throat?
i had my tonsils taken out 3 months ago.. and i woke up the other morning with a sore throat. its red and it hurts to swallow. i thought that it was because i have sinus problems. but i am not sure.. i cant tell if the pain is above my sinuses or if its my entire throat.

my friend had her tonsils out and still got strep (thats what she said)_ so I think it is possible just not as likely!
