Why do I have to lay on my side??!

Question:

Why do I have to lay on my side??

In order for me to go...number 2...I have to lie on my side when I get the urge, wait for a few minutes, then I can go to the bathroom normally. Why is this?! I can't go unless I've lain down on my side first.

I eat a fiber rich diet, and drink at least 7 glasses of water a day.
