Is anyone here afraid of getting tested for hiv due to the results?
im getting tested for hiv in the next few week i'm really scared because theres always a possibilty since i have had unprotected sex. sometimes i rather not know and just live my life but i think that would be selfish for me to infect someone else. has anyone else gonne through this before. im really paranoid

Your paranoia is understandable but honestly it's okay. You need to know, your partners need to know if you're positive, as well as any future partners you may have. Worse case scenario would be you're positive, but medications to treat HIV are SOOO much more advanced than they were 20 years ago it's no longer a 'death sentence.' If you're negative obviously that is good, but stop having unprotected sex.
