Anyone taken Subutex/sSuboxone or does take Sub & how did you come off it?
Answers:
You can ween yourself off it. Just say your on 8ml a day, take it down to 6, then 4 then 2 then 1 untill you feel confident enough to be without it. I would advise you to stock up on vallium and sleeping tablets when you come towards the end of the programme as the last couple of weeks can be exhausting and sleep deprivation doesnt help.
