Do I have insomnia?
Alright this all started 3 weeks ago for some reason i just can't sleep, the only way i can is if i take meds like benadryl and stuff but when im off i cant sleep, ok more into detail i can't sleep until 6 or 7 am i cant sleep earlier then that and i dont know why but i just can't seem to sleep until those times and when i do i only get 5 or 7 hours so i usually wake up at 4pm do i have insomnia?
