Tons of sweating, pimples, and tired all the time??!

Question:

Tons of sweating, pimples, and tired all the time??

so heres the thing for the past month i've been extremely tired even tho i get 8 hours of sleep a nite like i always have. i have also been sweating like crazy in my armpits, way worse than normal, even in my cold office at work i sweat like crazy. i am also getting tons of pimples all over my upper back, hair line, and even on my scalp. none of these thing are normal for me, i hardly ever even get a pimple normally. if it helps i'm 22, female, i do not have sensative skin and i have not switch shampoos, face wash, or detergents. i am not on birth control which could alter my hormones and cause these problems and as far as i know i should not be pregnant.....so wat could be causing all this???

Answers:

Anytime you notice a drastic change in your over-all health it's time to go and get "checked up" It sounds like it could be something hormonal. Have you had any subsequent weight loss or weight gain recently? And on a scale of 1-10 how would you describe your over-all stress level? There are MANY factors that can play on your hormones. And because they do various things throughout the body, an increase brought on by stress, weight gain/loss, menstrual cycle, etc. or even a decrease even in small amounts can cause noticiable changes.

Specifically, I would also have them check your thyroid and thyroid hormones. The good news is, if it is something hormonal, you can normally be prescribed something that will help almost immediately and usually had little to no side effects. But talk to your dr. and find out!
