Question:
How can I make my body get up earlier?
I worked nights for 2 years, and now that I'm not, I'm finding it hard to get up in the mornings. Especially if I don't have to wake up early, I find myself being alert at 2 and 3 am, and then sleeping in till 12 or 1 pm. I hate missing more than half the day. How can I start waking up so I can take advantage of the mornings?
Answers:
Just inch by inch go to sleep more early. And, have an alarm clock, set the desired time, then by eleven or midnight you should be tired enough to go to sleep.
