DO NOT WAX IT!! I did that once and it came back darker. Now I bleach it and it works really well, no one even notices! There should be kits at your local grocery store, read all the labels and test a patch before doing it to make sure you won't react to it. You may be able to go to a salon for it also, but it is a really easy thing to do, I would rather spend money at the salon doing something not so embarassing!!
