Im 22, i just had severe chest pains and pain in my left arm that made me lay down for 10 minutes?? any ideas?

im healthy, 22 year old female, i was walking in the living room and just had awful nerve pain in my chest and my left arm that made me lay down on the floor, if i breathed deep or stopped it hurt even more??

I would call the doctor ASAP. Even young people can have a heart attack.

Call now - worst case is they find nothing and you feel silly.
