There are ants(black sometimes red) in my bed... how do i get rid of them?

pls. help me.. because it's been almost three months... and i can'y have any good sleep because of this freaking ants!

ewwww..... throw out that mattress and buy a new one. Wash your linens and keep the food out of the bedroom.
