Does anyone else find they need to yawn constantly while exercising, even if its just a brisk walk?
should i be worried or is it perfectly natural.

Its just your body telling you that you are tired. Yawning sends a rush of oxygen to your brain thus, keeping you awake a little longer to complete your task. If your already tired(most of us are we just don't realize it) and you incorporate exercising, even a brisk walk, your brain and your muscles are "competing" for oxygen. Find a place for a power nap in your busy day, give your body time to repair itself other than at bed time. That may do the trick plus boost your energy level a bit.
