Is this anxiety?!

Is this anxiety?

The symptoms i've had in the last while was:

-Feels like theres a ball in my throat
-Bad headaches when i get the right amount of everything
-Trouble Breathing
-Feels like theres something stuck in my throat where the throat and nose connects
-I get depressed alot for absolutly no reason
-Feels like theres alot of mucus in my throat
-I worry alot about stupid stuff

and theres more but i really cant think of em...is this anxiety? Everyone says its all in my head. I would appreciate your help, thanks.

I also have trouble sleeping, alot.

yeah, i have anxiety and i get all of those symptoms. ask your doctor about it. i have been taking lexapro for about a year and it helps so much. anxiety really sucks and everyone thinks it's all in your head, but you will make it through. trust me if i can make it you can too.
