What can I do to stop being stressed, anxious for no apparant reason?!

What can I do to stop being stressed, anxious for no apparant reason?
I'm trying yoga, doing breathing exercises, drinking green tea.... I feel so tense all the time. I know I should probably work out too, so I do when I have time.

Maybe there is something bothering you that you do not want to face?
usually, stress is based in unresolved problems...things which are hard to face or difficult to solve.
have an honest look at your life and decide if this is the case...maybe write down as many good things that are in your life and then all the bad things.
Decide to change the bad things for the better...if you cannot change them, then get them out of your life. Be it a job, a person or a habit, make the decision to take control of your life and what affects it.
