Light headedness?!

Light headedness?
Recently i have been felling light headed, dizzy, tired, a bit clumsy, bad headaches often accompanied by a sore neck, fuzzy lips a bit like pins and needles and a bad memory? Also feel sick quite often? It makes no diefference wot i eat or certain times of the day o wot iv done or though I do tend to only feel sick in the morning if at all. Any ideas?

go to your doctor asap hun , with those symptoms its best to have a brain scan just as a precautionary measure and some blood test , but i am sure you will be ok. best wishes
