I am pale and weigh 50 kgs but i eat and eat and am rather healthy what can i do!


Question:

I am pale and weigh 50 kgs but i eat and eat and am rather healthy what can i do to look healthy?

I am often told i am too skinny and i think this has a lot to do with my bones on my writs, ankles, and hips being very predominant.
I have managed to put on 8 kilos in the past 8 months but it is very hard to keep the weight on.
I know that a tan works wonders, but what sort of foods are really good for your skin?
I want my skin too feel heallthy not just look it.
any help would be appreciatted.

Well i didnt add this before, maybe i shouldve.
I have been iron deficent for years due to mass loss of blood after two surgeries gone wrong.

I know this contributes, i also have a rather fast metabolism.

The problem is that i cannot get the parts i want weight on bigger, i think maybe muscle toning might have to do.

u may be pale due to anaemia.try eating iron rich food.and the fact that ur not gaining weight easily though u eat too much may be because u may contain worms.try taking de-worming pills by doctors advise.it can also be hereditary.

for ur skin to look alive try antioxidants like almonds and other nuts.vitamin -E rich food like papaya is good for skin.
