PMT- am really irritable and angry this month any tips to ease symptoms?
I eat a fairly good diet, can you recommend any herbal remedies or ways to soothe me. I feel especially anti social this month!!

There are a few herbal things you can try.
Passi Flora tablets...very calming
Chamomile tea...very refreshing and calming
Celery...for fluid retention...2 or 3 sticks a day
St.John's Wort if you tend to get depressed
