Bariatrics. Stomach stapling. Effecive?

I would like to talk to people that have had this surgery done. One question: would you do it again if you had a chance to go back?

I have never had it done but if you can get Discovery Health it seems that a lot of people are getting it done but these are people that are severely over weight like 200 - 400 pounds and this is their last resort. It is interesting to watch how and why it is done. These are actual cases that are taped and the procedure is real, none of this Hollywood stuff..
