After i have nightmares i wake up with scratches on my body, i cant do them, as many as 6 and close together?

the ones i had this morning where on my shoulders, on my left 6 lines thin close together, keep in mind i dont have 6 fingers and if i were to scratch they be spread out wider. on my right 5 lines like the left shoulder. but whats werid also is there is 2 rings on right that over lap, perfect circles. there is nothing around my bed to do this. health wise one symptom of body lice was "unexplained scratches" believe me i dont have body lice. i used to had alot of vivid and bad nightmares and scratches on my body were common.

thanks for all the answers u guys r really quick. i have a dog but it sleeps with my parents down stairs, i keep my door closed so it cant get in. my bed is very comfortable nothin wrong, im 17. this has happened before i think it was two summers ago i would wake up from terrible nightmares and have them. no bugs in my room i investigated that the pest guy comes alot too.
