Staph infection?!

Staph infection?

I think I have a mild staph infection due to a slip n slide. i wore a tankini and now i have red dots and cuts across my stomach and upper thigh area. it doesn't hurt or itch but i washed the area with soap and water and then i put cortisone ointment on it. do you know of any more ways i can get rid of it? Thanks!

I think you really need to go to the doctor cause i had a staph infection and the only thing that help me was when i went to the doctor and i was prescribe some septra ds .Well anyways great home remedy.
