Does anyone know why it is common that people get vivid dreams when on the nicotime patch?
It's an interesting side effect, but I haven't yet seen an explanation, and I'm curious, since one doesn't get them when smoking.

The brain isn't used to having an input of nicotine _while_ it is sleeping. Normally, you have a ciggy then have nothing for 8 hours.
