What do these symptoms mean to you?!

Question:

What do these symptoms mean to you?

I've been to the doctor so don't tell me to do that please. I'm just curious if anyone in the general public has experienced this and can give me some insight. I currently am experiencing:
Almost daily headaches
Migraines with vomiting in the a.m.
Migraines that do not get better with ibuprofen (Advil)
Migraines that cause weakness for the entire day
Headaches that cause fatigue and weakness
Dizzyness
Muscle twitches
Feelings of vertigo (a little different than dizzyness)

What do you think? Stress? Dehydration? Brain tumor? Paranoia?

Answers:

sounds like you are suffering from migrains - and migraines do NOT go away with advil. there are things that can be causing them - caffine is known to be a major trigger for migrains. so is lack of sleep and stress. if you are concerened about dehydration drink more water - and get a water bottle nd place it at the head of your bed - get in the habit of when you wake up to roll over take a big gulp - first thing when you wake up finish the bottle - it could be stress - it could also be tension headaches - when you get up take a hot shower and let it hit your shoulder and the back of your neck while it is running over them do stretching exercises by tilting your head to the far left and hold it for 20 seconds then to the right and front - DO NOT ROLL YOU NECK AROUND - as you do the stretchs you will feel muscles pull - turn your head and tilt to feel other muscles streching hold each stretch for a count fo 20 seconds. if you drink caffine in the morning try cutting back switch to 1/2 caffine 1/2 decaf or no caffine (if your a heavy caffine drinker cutting out caffine 100% make cause headaches)

i do not think it is a brain tumor - but it is a painfil experience - i suffer from both tension heaches and migraines - migraines are on one side of the head only - tension headaches normally start at the back of your head/base of the neck - you could also have TMJ which is a jaw condition that can cause severe headaches, but normally advil works for those so i do not think that is it.

and if your dr is not helping go to a different one!!! there are a dozen medecines that work for migraines and advil is not one of them - zomig, imitrex....the list goes on

Hope you feel better!!!
