Um question about sweat and eye contact with sweat as i workout and somone was spoting me and got some sweat in my eye when he was spoting me. can his sweat give me anything since ive heard the eye is like open cut.

Why don't you wear a headband when you exercise so sweat won't get into your eyes?? You won't catch anything from sweat but you may end up with an eye infection if anything gets in it!
