I hear they help clean you boby out of all bad things and give tons of energy but I have never taking one and wanted to know if anyone had or had any suggestions?

They are generally regarded as junk medicine pushed onto unsuspecting people to generate profit at your expense. You can't clean your body out of all the bad things, if you could don't you think the super rich would do it on a regular basis? No the demographic that usually fall victim of these scams is not the super rich but the poor and uneducated.
Do yourself a favor eat a balance diet and walk 1 hour a day. You'll feel better and have money left over to enjoy life. No pill or potion exists that can clean your body out. Your liver is already in your body and when healthy does a darn good job of detoxing your body.
