Pupils dialate bigger to smaller?!

Pupils dialate bigger to smaller?
What would cause your pupils to dialate big to small and back and forth like this? I can look in the mirror and watch them do it and I know to look for it in the mirror because I can tell they are doing it. I am not on drugs. When they do this however, my eyes usually look bulgy like a person on speed would look.

I know light makes them do this, that's a given. It isn't light variation though, and I have other undetermined health issues. It just weird. I figure hormones but I can't find anthing online.
