It doesn't seem to be any food in peticular. I don't think I am allergic to any food, no other symptoms of allergy.

You might have an advance stage of "Acid Reflux Disease"..it's not as serious as it sounds.. Acid rises up in your esophagus and inflames it. Food has a hard time passing through that area. I was sent in a small surgery that stretched my Esophagus and put on medication and it hasn't reoccurred!..Talk with your doctor!
