Interesting question! Well, if the person doing the barbecuing is a really bad cook, I guess you could be eating enough charcoal to absorb some of your meds instead of them getting into your bloodstream. It'd have to be really burned and you'd have to eat a whole lot of it! LOL I'd say the major effect of BBQ is that it is often high in fat, and fat can slow the absorption of some drugs.
