I am soooo tired!?
I got about 7 hours of sleep last night (not sure if it was good sleep or poor sleep). I woke up this morning and I felt ok, I wasn't bursting with energy, but I felt like I could make it through my day at work. Then, I ate my breakfast, which is two slices of "Pepperidge Farm Brown Sugar n Cinnamon" toast with butter and a little bit of sugar on top. After I ate, I got sooo tired! Am I tired from the carbs in my bread? Just from eating? I get so tired at work and I cannot stay awake and I can't function. What can I do to help stay awake? What are good breakfast foods?? Thanks!

Your breakfast choice definetley was not stellar, but being tired can come from quite a few factors like stress. Try to get around eight hours of sleep every night at minimum and when you eat breakfast add more protein like eggs or some form of meat along with your toast and you should be fine...
