Skin keeps splitting open?
I had volleyball camp a few days ago and I was wearing my shoes for a long time. They rubbed the back of my heel raw. I don't have blisters its just really red. And now it seems to have gotten tight and every time I walk it splits open and starts bleeding. Anything I can do?

neosporin and a bandaid at all time because it moisturizes it and keeps the skin soft so it wont split and plus it heals it too!
