On the back of my neck , i have 2 hard bumps about the size of?
pimples..
however, they have been there my whole life, as long as i can remember!
They are hard to the touch, they dont hurt or anything.
Ive been told by someone who isnt a doctor that it is a cyst.. hwever I dont know..
any suggestions on what it might be?

More than likely, they are small sebacious cysts. Completely normal and very common. As long as they don't grow, change color, become very fixed and hard, or start to hurt I would just leave them alone...
